Equipment Required for Home workouts

  • Aerobics Step ($20 from Target)                       
  • Set of 2 Dumbbells (STARTER) 1-3kg & 5Kg INT 3-4KG & 6-7KG (PRO BARBELL (16KG) 5-7KG dumbbells. 
  • Exercise Mat, a driveway, road, lounge room, backyard you can create loop runs in or use a piece of home workout equipment (spin bike, treadmill or rower).
